The real cost of an "affordable" AI SDR
The plan price is only part of what you pay. Before comparing, check these five things:
Contacts and data
Does the price include finding decision-makers with verified emails, or do you need a separate data tool?
Sending infrastructure
Separate domains and warmed-up inboxes protect your main domain. Some plans include them; others bill them on top.
Volume caps
A $250 plan for 200 contacts and a €199 plan for up to 1,000 prospects are very different offers. Compare the cost per prospect.
Contract length
A monthly plan lets you stop if it doesn't work. An annual contract turns a low monthly price into a large commitment.
Setup time
Who writes the targeting and the messages? The cheapest tool is expensive if your team spends days configuring it.
Proof before paying
A free preview with real prospects for your company tells you more than any demo.
AI SDR vs hiring an SDR
Fully loaded cost of a US SDR (salary, commission, benefits, taxes, tools and management), as estimated by several 2026 sources. Estimates range from $85,000–$150,000 a year. At their entry prices, the AI SDRs above cost a few thousand a year. They handle the research, writing, sending and follow-ups; a person still takes over when someone replies with interest.

These AI SDRs are well-known but priced for larger companies, usually with annual contracts:

| 11x (Alice) | About $36,000–$60,000/year (reported) | Larger sales organisations with an enterprise budget |
| Qualified (Piper) | About $40,000–$68,000/year (reported) | Companies with strong website traffic that want to convert inbound visitors |
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest AI SDR?
Of the AI SDRs we compared, Grafema has the lowest published price at €199 a month plus VAT, billed monthly, with up to 1,000 new prospects a month and a free preview of 15 prospects. AiSDR's entry plan is $250 a month for 200 contacts.
Is a cheap AI SDR worth it?
It is if it covers the whole job: finding verified contacts, writing relevant emails, sending from safe infrastructure and handling replies. A low price that leaves you to buy data, domains and inboxes separately can end up costing more. Use the checklist on this page to compare the real monthly cost.
How much cheaper is an AI SDR than hiring an SDR?
A fully loaded US SDR costs an estimated $85,000–$150,000 a year. The affordable AI SDRs on this page cost roughly $2,400 to $7,200 a year at their entry prices, though they don't replace the person who talks to interested prospects.
Do affordable AI SDRs require an annual contract?
Not all. Grafema and AiSDR offer monthly plans without long-term contracts; Salesforge offers monthly, quarterly and annual terms at different prices; Amplemarket's Startup plan is reported as billed annually.
Which affordable AI SDR is best for agencies?
Agencies need a low cost per client and no long commitments. A flat monthly plan per client, such as Grafema's €199, is easier to resell than per-seat pricing or annual contracts.
